21 April 2010 - The Board of Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in 
automated revenue integrity solutions for the US healthcare market, has been 
informed that two Directors in the Company have today made the following 
transactions in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

In addition, Gordon Craig (Chief Technology Officer), who is not a Director of 
the Company, has today sold 244,878 Ordinary Shares at a price 410p per share. 
Following this transaction, Mr. Craig has a total holding in the Company of 
244,878 Ordinary Shares which represents 12.4% of the total issued share 
capital.
