12 November 2010 - Craneware (AIM: CRW.L; OTC: CRWRY), the market leader in 
automated revenue integrity solutions for the U.S. healthcare market, today 
gives further information regarding its final dividend announced on the 6 
September 2010. 
 
For those shareholders who have previously registered to receive their dividend 
in US dollars under the Company's Dividend Currency Election, or who register to 
do so by the close of business on 12 November 2010, the dividend will be paid at 
an exchange rate of $1.61/ GBP1.
