Chaintek (AIM: CTEK), the provider of logistics services to manufacturers of consumer goods in China, announces that its registered office has changed to PO Box 2804, Floor 4, Willow House Cricket Square, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, KY1-1112 with immediate effect.

The Board is also pleased to announce that Paul Cooper of Vistra (UK) Limited, Suite 12, 55 Park Lane, London, W1K 1NA, has been appointed as Company Secretary.
