                            Appointment of Director


The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Denham Eke to the
Board as a non-executive Director with immediate effect. This appointment
remains subject to confirmation from the Financial Supervision Commission that
it has no objection.

Denham began his career in stockbroking before moving into corporate planning
for a major UK insurance broker. He is a director of many years' standing of
both public and private companies involved in the retail, manufacturing and
financial services sectors. He is currently Chairman of betinternet.com plc and
Managing Director of Burnbrae Group Limited.
