Further to the announcement dated 13 July 2007 notifying the impending
resignation of two of its directors by the end of the financial year to 30
September 2007, Centurion advises that Iwan Rees, OEM Sales Director, is leaving
the Company with effect from today.

The resignation of Keith Davis, Supply Chain Manager, will take effect on 28
September 2007.
