                Agreement with the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT)


CMS WebView plc (AIM: CWV) is pleased to announce that it has reached an
agreement with the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) to extend its licence rights to
TDITM. Under the terms of the Agreement CBOT will be licensed to use TDITM in
the Joint Asian Derivatives Exchange (JADE) - a new Singapore-based commodities
market which is a joint venture between the CBOT and the Singapore Exchange.


The CBOT continues to use TDITM under a separate licence arrangement with CMS
for the distribution of data from other organisations on a bureau-type basis.
This includes a further three North American exchanges (MGE, KCBT and the WCE).
The CBOT also uses TDITM for the distribution of Dow Jones Indexes.
