Requisition of General Meeting

Conexion Media Group Plc ("Conexion" or the "Company") announces that it has received a requisition (the "Requisition"), dated 14 October 2014, requiring the directors of the Company to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the Company for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions as ordinary resolutions:

1. That Brian Scholfield be removed from the office of director of the Company with immediate effect.

2. That Justin Andrew Sherry be removed from the office of director of the Company with immediate effect.

3. That Peter Moss be appointed as a director of the Company with immediate effect.

4. That Duncan Vasey be appointed as a director of the Company with immediate effect.

5. That Shahed Mahmood be appointed as a director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Requisition has been sent on behalf of TW Indus Limited, which holds more than 10% of the voting rights of the Company.
