                                   Suspension

The ordinary shares of Cytomyx Holdings Plc ("Company") have been suspended from
trading today as the Company will not be able to publish its audited accounts
for the year ended 31 March 2007 within the timescale required by Rule 19 of the
AIM Rules.

The Company is currently finalising its audited accounts and will announce them
and post copies to shareholders as soon as possible and application will be made
for resumption of trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM at that time.
