RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING 
 
Shareholders are advised that all resolutions were passed by the requisite 
majority of shareholders at the general meeting held on 17 November 2010.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 two copies of the resolutions passed as 
special business at the AGM are being submitted today to the Financial Services
