Offers for Subscription - Ordinary Share top-up 
 
Downing Distribution VCT 2 plc announces that on the 18 October 2010 it 
published an Offer Document, relating to top-up Offer for Subscription in the 
Ordinary Shares of the Company. 
 
A maximum of 1,173,831 Ordinary Shares, which are being offered to the public, 
are being made available by the Company under the Offer. 
 
The Offer has now been extended and is expected to close at 5pm on 5 April 2011 
(or an earlier date if fully subscribed).
