In  accordance with the provisions in the Articles of Association, the Board has 
today  resolved to change the  name of the Company  to Downing Income VCT 3 plc. 
This change of name was registered with Companies House earlier today. 
 
The Company's new TIDM codes will be: 
 
  Share Class                  Current TIDM code   New TIDM code 
 
  Ordinary Shares of 1p each   DDV2                DI3O 
 
  D Shares of 10p each         DD2D                DI3D 
 
 
We expect the name change and new TIDMs to be effected by London Stock Exchange
