                  NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN DIRECTORS DETAILS

Noel Denis Guildford, the non-executive chairman of Debtmatters, was appointed
as a non executive director of Pronto Taxis (UK) Limited in June 2005.
Liquidators were appointed to this company on 1 June 2007. The deficit to
unsecured creditors is estimated to be #37,232.
