The Company announces that it was informed on 1 April 2010 that Stunning 
Partners LLC, a company wholly owned by Frederic Bobo, Chairman of 
designcapital, had on that day sold a total of 166,500 ordinary Shares of 10p 
each at 11.06p per share. 
This sale has been made to partially satisfy increased demand for designcapital 
stock, resulting from a recently instigated programme to enhance the Company's 
investor visibility and to increase liquidity in its shares. 
 Following this sale of shares, Stunning Partners LLC owns 18,382,150 Ordinary 
Shares, representing 29.59% of the Company's current issued share capital. 
The percentage of shares in which Frederic Bobo is deemed to be interested is 
31.59% following the transfer.
