This announcement replaces the designcapital plc announcement "Additional 
Listing" RNS number 9361O released at 5:31pm yesterday.

                               Additional Listing 
The Company announces that a total of 538,857 new ordinary shares have been 
allotted to certain directors of the Company's Forum and Artelano subsidiaries 
pursuant to requests to be paid by way of the allotment of shares in the Company 
in lieu of cash salary, amounting to, in aggregate, EUR92,000, representing an 
issue price of 14p per share. 
Application will be made for the 538,857 new shares, ranking pari passu in all 
respects with the existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM and 
it is expected that admission will take place on 12 July 2010. 
 
Following admission, the Company will have 62,659,463 shares in issue.
