Change of Adviser and Statement re Suspension

The Board of designcapital, the AIM listed investment company dedicated to investing in the high end contemporary furniture design sector, is pleased to announce it has appointed Libertas Capital Corporate Finance Limited as Nominated Advisor with immediate effect.

In addition, the Company has sent its annual report to shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2010, a copy of which is available on the Company's website at www.designcapitalplc.com.

Accordingly, the Company is pleased to announce that the suspension of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM is expected to be lifted with effect from 7.30 a.m. this morning, whereupon trading in the ordinary shares will recommence.

Forum Diffusion S.A. appointed a liquidator on 25 August 2011, whereupon the Company was deemed under the AIM Rules for Companies to have sold substantially all of its assets. Therefore designcapital has twelve months to implement its current investing policy, otherwise the trading in the Company's shares will be suspended.
