Issue of Equity

The Company is pleased to announce that a total of 160,000 new ordinary shares ("New Shares") have today been subscribed for by T1PS.com Limited for a consideration of GBP19,200 (the "Subscription"). The Subscription is in consideration of certain services provided by T1PS.com Limited for the Company.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 160,000 New Shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 02 May 2012.

Following this allotment the Company will have 71,260,401 shares in issue.
