Director's Shareholding / Exercise of Options and Rule 2.10 Announcement

Following the exercise of options by the Directors listed below, application has
been made by Dobbies for a further 125,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM.


James Barnes' (CEO) shareholding in the Company is now as follows:


Previous Nil
Option exercise price 410p
New 80,000


John Trotter's (Non-Executive Director) shareholding in the Company is now as
follows:


Previous Nil
Option exercise price 410p
New 45,000



It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu
in all respects with the existing ordinary shares will commence on 20 August
2007.


Accordingly, for the purposes of Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and
Mergers, Dobbies confirms that on 17 August 2007 it has 10,197,965 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in issue.
