The Board of Downing Income VCT 4 plc is pleased to announce that the closing 
time and date for the Share Realisation and Reinvestment Programme and Top Up 
Offer (which was previously announced as 3.00pm on 21 February 2013) has been 
extended to 3.00pm on Friday 8 March 2013.
