  RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS 

  Tel-Aviv, Israel - 3 June 2010 - Dori Media Group ("Dori Media" or "DMG"), the international media company active in the field of television, with a focus on production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, held an annual general meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") today at the registered offices of the Company, located at 2 Raul Wallenberg Street, Tel-Aviv, Israel. All the resolutions proposed at the AGM were duly passed.
