                    Acquisition of BA Yachts Assistance S.L.


Deuxmil (AIM: DML), the super yacht fuelling and services company, today
announces the acquisition of BA Yachts Assistance S.L. ("BA") for a total
consideration of #450,000 (the "Acquisition").


Yacht Fuel Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Deuxmil, presently
uses BA as a port agent and primary fuel supplier in mainland Spain.
Furthermore, BA has a Port Agents Licence in Palma Mallorca and specialises in
customs and VAT clearance for super yachts.


The Acquisition represents a strengthening in the super yacht services supply
chain for Deuxmil in Spain and the Balearics following its recent acquisition of
Yacht Help Group Mallorca S.L in Spain and Yacht Help Group (Gibraltar) Limited
in Gibraltar.


Terms of the Deal

Under the terms of the Acquisition, BA has been acquired for a total
consideration of #450,000, satisfied by #300,000 in cash and a further #150,000
over the next two years, based on BAs future performance, to be satisfied by the
issue of ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company at the mid market price of
the Company at specified future dates. The cash consideration for the
Acquisition is being satisfied through Deuxmil's existing funds.
