supplementary prospectus on 29 July 2015 in connection with the issue of 
shares in respect of the proposed merger with three other VCTs 
("Supplementary Prospectus"). 
 
   The Supplementary Prospectus is required as a consequence of the Company 
having published its annual report and accounts for the period ended 31 
March 2015 on 10 July 2015. 
 
   The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing 
Authority and will shortly be available to view at the online viewing
