                         DAWMED SYSTEMS PLC ("COMPANY")

                                GRANT OF OPTIONS


The Company has, with effect from 23rd August 2007, granted Mark Adamson, a
director, an option (under its Enterprise Management Incentive option scheme) to
subscribe for 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the share capital of the
Company and John Crispin, a director, an unapproved option to subscribe for
250,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the share capital of the Company. The
exercise price in respect of each of the above options is 10p and the options
may only be exercised between 23rd August 2010 and 22nd August 2017.
