Results of Annual General Meeting

Dawson Holdings PLC, the media services business, announces that it held its Annual General Meeting for the year ended 30 September 2010 at DLA Piper UK LLP, 3 Noble Street, London EC2V 7EE on 23rd February 2011 at 2.30pm. Following the Annual General Meeting, the Company is pleased to announce that shareholders passed all the resolutions contained in the notice of meeting.

In compliance with LR 9.6 of the Listing Rules, a copy of the special resolutions passed at the meeting will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
