Issue of shares to accepting Minerva Resources Plc ('Minerva') shareholders 
and 
Notice under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 
 
  *  Dwyka increases its holding in Minerva to 83.1% 
 
 
 
  *  Dwyka issues 688,162 shares to accepting Minerva shareholders 
 
Further to the announcement on 14 July 2009 that Dwyka had declared its offer 
for the entire issued share capital of Minerva  wholly unconditional, the 
Company has today issued and allotted a further 688,162 ordinary fully paid 
Dwyka shares ('Shares') to those Minerva shareholders that had accepted Dwyka's 
offer in the period from 1.00 p.m. (London time) on 21 July 2009, being the 
first closing date of the offer, until 1.00 p.m. (London time) on 21 July 2009. 
Dwyka has now received acceptances from shareholders represented 83.1% of the 
issued capital of Minerva Resources Plc and the offer remains open for further 
acceptances until 1.00 p.m. (London time) on 28 July 2009. 
 
 
Application has been made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") 
for 688,162 Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is 
expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 27 July 2009. 
 
 
The Company gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations 
Act. 
 
 
The Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the 
Corporations Act, in reliance on Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act. 
 
 
The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with: 
 
 
(a)    the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the 
Company; and 
(b)    Section 674 of the Corporations Act. 
 
 
There is no excluded information for the purposes of Sections 708A(7) and (8) of 
the Corporations Act.
