The Company announces that it was notified on 22 January 2009 by Mr John Proctor 
Lomas, a director of the Company, that he has 1,422,160 of the 1,422,420 shares 
in the Company owned by him used as security against loans to him. This security 
was first entered into over ten years ago, which he and the Company believes was 
the subject of an announcement at that time. As such this announcement is to 
clarify such security arrangements still exist.
