Western Coal Corporation (WTN.LN) said Monday the shareholders of Energybuild Group PLC (EBG.LN) have approved Monday Western's 100% acquisition of Energybuild.

MAIN FACTS:

-Upon receipt of approval from regulatory authorities, the Company expects the transaction to close on Aug. 6.

-Western Coal shares closed Monday at 238.0 pence.

-Energybuild shares closed Monday at 21.3 pence.
