Elephant Capital (AIM: ECAP) announces that, at its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution put to the meeting authorising Elephant Capital to make market purchases of shares representing 15 per cent. of its issued share capital at the time Elephant Capital's existing buy-back authority is fully utilised was duly passed.
