Eclipse VCT 2 plc announces that on 14 January 2008 the Company

purchased for cancellation 20,800 Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a

price of 92.4p per share.



The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now

18,902,301 Ordinary Shares.
