The Egypt Trust (the "Fund")

Net Asset Value

The Fund's investment policy is to achieve medium to long-term growth through investments principally in the equities of listed companies on the Egyptian Stock Exchange. In light of recent events in Egypt and the closure of the Egyptian Stock Exchange, the Fund intends to defer publication of its weekly net asset value until further notice. As at 27th January 2011, prior to the closure of the Egyptian Stock Exchange, the Fund reported a net asset value of US$ 28.60 per share.
