The Company announces that on 30 June 2008 it purchased in the market 150,000
Ordinary 25p Shares at 253.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction the number of shares in issue is 24,503,926 of which
2,380,000 are held in treasury. The number of shares in circulation is
therefore 22,123,926.
