                             Philips Semiconductors


Eurodis Electron plc ("Eurodis Electron" or "the Company") today announces that
its relationship with Philips Semiconductors, representing approximately Euro 44
million of the group's turnover, will cease in January 2006.  The Board will now
work towards repositioning the business through existing and new franchises.
Current trading has been in line with expectations.
