                           Completion ofequity issue

Following the passing on 1 March 2004 of the resolutions put to shareholders to
effect the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer, the Company announces that
the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer, to raise net proceeds of
approximately Euro51.8 million (#35.3 million), have been completed. The new
ordinary shares were admitted to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed
securities today.
