                     ("Eurodis Electron" or the "Company")

                               Directorate Change

The Company announces that Nick Jefferies, Executive Director and Vice
President, Sales, has resigned from the Board and will be leaving the Company by
mutual agreement with immediate effect.

This change is being made as part of the Group's continuing review of costs, as
a result of which it was concluded that the group could be managed with a
simpler structure and Nick's role was redundant.

Steve Swayne, Chief Executive, said:

"The Board would like to thank Nick for his contribution to the Company and
wishes him well for the future".
