    Annual Report and AGM Notice


    Enfis (AIM:ENF), which designs, develops and manufactures intelligent high-power light emitting diode arrays and smart light engines,
announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are being
posted today to shareholders.

    Enfis' AGM will be held at 12pm on 25 July 2008 at the offices of Enfis, Technium 2, Kings Road, Swansea SA1 8PJ.

    A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available free of charge from the registered office of the Company and is also
available on the Company's website together with the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007.
