                  Grant of Share Incentives to Directors and PDMRs


The Board of Stobart Group Limited announces that the following grants of share
incentives over the Company's ordinary shares of 10p were made on 10 March 2008
to the under mentioned Directors and PDMRs.

The share incentives under the current awards comprise the following schemes:

Stobart Executive Equity Incentive Plan - ('EEIP')

The exercise period in respect of grants under the EEIP scheme is from 
10 March 2011.
