Board changes

As previously reported in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2014, Mr Henry Thornton retired as a director of the Company at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 8 July 2014.

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mrs Susan Thornton as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 8 July 2014.

There are no matters to disclose in respect of Mrs Thornton pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the UKLA's Listing Rules.
