                     Resignation of Group Finance Director

The Board of Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution") announces that its Group Finance
Director, Graeme Dell, today tendered his resignation in order to join Ashmore
Group plc as Chief Financial Officer.  He will remain in his current role until
2nd December 2007 but will resign as a Director of Evolution Group on 25th
October 2007.

Evolution has commenced the process of finding a successor, whose appointment
will be announced in due course.

Alex Snow, Evolution's Group Chief Executive, said:

"Graeme has made a significant contribution over the past six years. We wish
him all the very best for the future."
