TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 19 March 2007 from Lansdowne Partners Limited being the General Partner of
Lansdowne Partners Limited Partnership (LPLP) and Lansdowne Partners
International Limited ("Lansdowne") that in accordance with the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules on 17 March 2008 Lansdowne was interested in 11,525,750
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing an indirect
interest in approximately 5.15% of the voting rights of the issued Ordinary
Share Capital of the Company.

Morstan Nominees Limited is the registered Shareholder. The chain of controlled
undertakings through which the voting rights are effectively held is Lansdowne
Partners International Limited being the parent undertaking of Lansdowne
Partners Limited (the Proxyholder).
