The Board of Evolve announces that it received notification on 7 November 2011 that, on 4 November 2011, Edward Vandyk and his wife, Susan Vandyk, purchased a total of 1,150,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this purchase, Mr and Mrs E Vandyk are interested in 13,306,451 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
