The Board of Excel Airways Group Plc announces the posting today to Excel
Shareholders of the document setting out the offer by KBC Peel Hunt and
Landsbanki on behalf of Air Atlanta, to acquire the whole of the issued share
capital of Excel not already owned by Air Atlanta or its wholly owned subsidiary
