2009 Annual Report and Notice of AGM 
 
Easydate plc (AIM: EZD), has today posted its 2009 Annual Report to shareholders 
together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the associated form of 
proxy. 
 
As Easydate plc was created as a new company in November 2009, this will be the 
Company's first AGM and the 2009 Annual Report therefore only covers a short 
period of trading for the six week period ended 31 December 2009. 
 
A copy of the 2009 Annual Report is available on the Company's website at 
www.easydategroup.com. 
 
The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Easydate plc, 23 Manor Place, 
Edinburgh, EH3 7DX on 26 November 2010 at 2pm.
