     APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTORS AND FINANCIAL ADVISER

Following  the  Offer  by  Breckenburn  Limited  for   Focus
Dynamics  plc  being declared unconditional on 15  September
1999,  the  board  of  Focus Dynamics  today  announces  the
appointment of Grant Findlay and Bill Eastwood to the  Focus
Board.

In  addition, Apax Partners & Co. Capital Limited have been
appointed financial advisers to the Company with immediate
effect.

Grant  Findlay  is  a qualified Chartered  Accountant  whose
previous  directorships  include  Charles  Sidney  plc   and
subsidiaries.   He  is currently a director  of  Breckenburn
Limited and Dulnain Corporate Limited.

Bill  Eastwood was previously a director of Focus Dynamics
plc and subsidiaries until his resignation in December 1998.
In  addition,  he was previously a director of Pegson  Group
plc,  RCIM  Ltd, Rutherford Asset Management Ltd  and  Close
Investment  Ltd.  He is currently a director of  Breckenburn
Limited,  Eastwood Anglo-European Investments  Ltd,  Rufford
Stud  Limited,  CRYPT  Foundation Ltd, Bairnsmount  Ltd  and
Grove & Rufford Woodlands Ltd.

Mr Eastwood was a director of a French subsidiary of Eurovein
Limited, PBL Industrie SA in 1990.  The company filed judicial
insolvency proceedings on 21 July 1992 and the business was 
sold on 7 September to a third party on the instruction of the
court.  A liquidator is in the course of winding up the affairs
of PBL Industrie.
