(KIPCO), the Obligor of Kuwait Projects Company Sukuk Limited, announced that Mr. Joseph Kawkabani has taken over the position of Group CEO of OSN (a subsidiary of KIPCO), and consequently has resigned from his position as Group Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of KIPCO, effective 28 December 2023.
