RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING

Green China Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that, at the general meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolution to cancel the admission of its ordinary shares of US$0.0002 each ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM was duly passed.

The last day of trading of the Ordinary Shares will be 17 June 2014 and cancellation of admission to trading on AIM will take place with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 18 June 2014.
