           AGREEMENT WITH INTEGRATED DENTAL HOLDINGS
            TO CREATE INTERNET PORTAL FOR DENTISTS

GiroVend Cashless Systems PLC ("GiroVend") today announces that
it  has agreed with Integrated Dental Holdings Ltd. ("IDH")  to
create  the UK's first vertical market internet portal for  the
dental sector.

At  the end of 1999, GiroVend announced its vision to become  a
leading European business-to-business ("B2B") internet company,
with  a  series  of  vertical market hubs and horizontal  value
added   services,  drawing  revenues  from  the  provision   of
transactional  services to a comprehensive  range  of  vertical
markets.

On  31  January 2000, GiroVend made its first internet  related
acquisition  with  the  purchase of  Proactive  Interactive,  a
provider  of 360 degree management profiling and training  with
intellectual property geared towards the internet.

The  venture with IDH further develops GiroVend's European  B2B
internet  strategy. The collaboration will create a portal  for
use  by  dentists  in  the UK containing rich  industry-related
content,  comprehensive information on suppliers and e-commerce
facilities.

IDH  is the UK's largest operator of dental practices employing
over  350  dentists  in 78 dental practices with  over  500,000
registered  NHS  patients  and  a  growing  number  of  private
patients.  IDH also has specialist centres for implantology and
orthodontics and owns the UK's largest dental laboratory, PWS.
