Guangdong Development Fund Limited ("GDF") was notified that FE Select II
Investments Limited, of which Mr Victor Lap-Lik Chu, the Chairman of GDF, is a
director, had acquired 5,829,768 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each, being 6.02% of
the issued share capital of GDF.


FE Select Investments Limited, of which Mr. Chu is also a director, is
interested in 16,600,000 shares, being 17.13% of the Company's issued share
capital of GDF.


Mr Chu is also personally interested in 50,000 ordinary shares, being 0.05% of
the Company's issued share capital.
