New ordinary shares issued on exercise of share subscription warrants issued in 2007

In the period from 1st to 31st December 2011, Groupe Eurotunnel SA issued 12,318,222 new ordinary shares (under ISIN code FR0010533075) to holders of warrants - issued on 4 April 2007 pursuant to Securities Note no. 113-2007 approved by the French Market authority (AMF) - who exercised their warrants in that period.

These new shares rank pari passu existing ordinary shares of the Company and will be admitted to trading and listed on 24 January 2012.
