    Resignation of Nominated Advisor

    The Board of Greatfleet announces that Noble & Company Limited has stepped down as the Company's nominated adviser with immediate
effect. This follows the appointment of joint administrators on 29 July 2008.

    In the event that a replacement nominated adviser is not appointed by Greatfleet by 7.00 a.m. on 10 October 2008, the listing of the
Company's shares on AIM will be cancelled at that time.
