Admission to AIM and Acquisition of Stakes in Stockholm Spine Nya Holding AB and
Global Health Partner Swe AB


Further to the announcement by Bombshell Limited ("Bombshell") on 14 August
2006, the Directors of GHP (AIM:GHP) announce that, following the merger between
GHP and Bombshell on 14 August 2006, the acquisitions of both Global Health
Partner Swe AB and a 90.1 per cent. stake in Stockholm Spine Nya Holding AB 
("Spine Centre") have been completed. Consequently, yesterday, trading on AIM in
Bombshell was cancelled and the entire issued share capital of GHP was admitted
to trading on AIM.

Spine Centre becomes the principal trading business of GHP and is based at the
Lowenstromska Hospital, outside Stockholm and occupies approximately 3,000
square metres. Spine Centre has approximately 80 employees, including 7 full
time surgeons, who provide elective, primarily degenerative, spine surgery and
rehabilitation treatment. Spine Centre performs approximately 900 surgical
operations annually in four orthopaedic areas: spinal stenosis, disc hernia/
slipped discs, spinal fusion and degenerative necks. It provides a unique
service by offering its patients surgery, rehabilitation, psychiatry and
physiotherapy under the same medical supervision.
