The Board of Gaming Insight plc (the "Company") notes the article in The Sunday
Telegraph yesterday (17 March 2002), in respect of which it comments as follows:



1.  The Company is finalising terms for additional financing and is optimistic
that resolution will be achieved shortly.



2.  The GoBarkingMad software platform is currently undergoing a final third
party technical review.



3.   The Company has recently concluded agreements to operate online casinos
with 3 partners and discussions continue with further potential partners.



The Company will make a further announcement shortly.
